Spur of the moment (the day of) rides

Does Out Spokin support (or not object to) members and users who want to use the website to find other people interested in just meeting for a ride (i.e., on the blog) that might occur the same day or next day and which wouldn't therefore be an announced, published ride? (A "meet-up model"). Is anyone interested in this concept for more spontaneous rides?
